Recent legislation (in Colorado and elsewhere) has required convicted child molestors to inform residents of their history when they move into a new neighborhood.
So why not require corporate criminals appointed to high posts in publically traded companies to send a letter to all shareholders detailing their past malfeasance, embezzling, fraud, and companies they bankrupted. It would certainly keep much of Congress from moving on to be CEOs.
