Tax Group Implementer
Tyler Technologies – Eagle Division
The Implementer will work closely with our Clients, Product Managers, Project Staff and Accounting Staff to implement tax assessment and appraisal software, train users and provide support. The Implementer reports to the Operations Manager. This position is a fulltime salaried position.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in property appraisal or related field required
Appraisal experience
High-quality customer service talents
Project management experience
Great written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated team approach to problem-solving
Enthusiasm for helping to grow a company
Preferred Knowledge/ Accreditation:
Bachelors degree with major or minor in Information Systems or equivalent work experience
Ability to operate Microsoft Operating Systems
Ability to operate Microsoft Office products
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to interact in a professional manner with colleagues and clients
Domain knowledge of the document recording industry
Familiarity with PC-hardware peripherals
Possess general knowledge and aptitude to learn new software applications

Recording and CM Project Managers
Tyler Technologies – Eagle Division
The Project Manager will work closely with our Clients, Product Managers, Project Staff and Accounting Staff to support and track the progress of projects (projects generally last 3-6 months and facilitate the deployment of a proprietary software solution.) The Project Manager reports to the Recording Product Manager or the CM Manager, as appropriate. The positions are fulltime salaried positions.
Responsibilities Include:
Review timesheets and edit for accuracy.
Track project hours and submit project progress reports by due dates.
Create professional correspondence.
Client communication.
Maintaining project files and documents.
Aiding completion of all project related materials.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to prioritize, work independently and as part of a team, multi-task, perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
As a member of the team, willing to do project and administrative related tasks to meet company objectives.
College degree preferred but not required.
