The Eagle Division of Tyler Technologies is seeking to fill the position of Quality Assurance Manager. The person in this position will oversee the testing of our software products. The QA manager will work with the testing team, product managers, development team, and customer support to ensure that quality products are delivered to our customers. The person in this position will be located in Tyler’s Lakewood, Colorado office.

Preferred qualifications include the following:
* Demonstrated commitment to quality
* 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience
* Knowledge of functional, usability, load/stress, and regression testing
* Knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle)
* Knowledge of software standards and best practices
* Ability to write test plans and to design and execute test cases
* Ability to devise a comprehensive testing strategy
* Dedication to meeting project milestones
* Experience with defect-tracking software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong work ethic
