May Terry Shiavo rest in peace, after a long strange trip to the train.

I find it odd that many of the people who have invested so much effort into keeping her alive believe that when people die, they go to a better place.

May this be a lesson to everyone to think about their own death and what happens when they get their tickets for the train.

May the media coverage finally come to an end.

I think the Pope too has his tickets, and I hope he has a pleasent journey as well.

Tis amazing that so many people who claim that there is a better life awaiting them once they cross over are afraid to make that final journey or allow anyone else to do so. And while the Pope may have his tickets, from an article I just read on Yahoo, it seems like he may be just as reluctant to use them.

a good lesson

I'm glad that she was able to finally cross over. Now, I wonder what the fallout is going to be like. Thankfully, she won't have to stick around to see it.

I saw the train once. A towering, streamlined, art deco thing made of clouds, heading decidedly west. The train to Tir nan Og.

...and yet the media coverage continues on the family feud. And possibly later after the autopsy results show just how brain damaged she was, and the mystery of how she died. CNN acutally said "the results of an autopsy to determine cause of death will not be available for weeks." I can venture an educated guess right now: dehydration!
