Veal is preteen protein.

The ultimate geek activity would be translating open source software into Klingon.

I have several long posts I'd like to make, but my life has been too busy to do them justice. I saw Ira Glass tonight and picked up some interesting ideas about storytelling, so I may experiment with making my entries more engaging. We'll see what happens.

I haven't participated in the "Ask me three questions meme" because it didn't really grab me. However, the following idea occurred to me:

Post a comment with three (or so) sentences. I'll do something interesting with them.

Good to hear you're storytelling, stories are important. I was wondering what you'll do with these sentences... Will you anagram them?

1) "We're here!" the captain shouted through his false whiskers as he strode down the gangplank with the young maiden under his arm.

2) My hovercraft is full of eels.

3) (Or did you want three connected sentences?)

My nails are like Guildenstern's.

Rather, my perception of my nails is like that of Guildenstern's perception (of his nails).

Whenever I think to trim my nails, they need trimming.
