True + Cruel = truel, i.e. brutally honest.

Alternatively, "Tired of imitation gruel? Try Truel! Made with real gruel!"

It should be noted that cruelty doesn't really exist without truth. You can't say something totally false to someone and be cruel.

Wielding cruelty under the guise of truth or "brutal honesty" as if there were some false form of cruelty you are above really sickens me.

Beg to differ...

Where is the truth in the cruel way one can slaughter others (murder, war, etc)?
I've seen lots of domestic violence cases where the abuser tells falsehoods without a grain of truth and because of it, beats [insert other abuse here] the victim, sometimes to the death. That is cruel. Where is the truth?

I think you would be more accurate to say "a lot of cruelty doesn't exist without truth of some kind" rather than a blanket statement because there are levels/shades of cruelty.

Alternately, there are those things that are crool... They would be really awesome if they weren't quite so mean. (Or sometimes the other way around.)
