I've seen it, it's also just a doctored version of a normal satellite photo. Neither Philadelphia nor DC were blacked out, yet you can't see them on there. The southern edge of this "blackout" is just north of the Richmond-Norfolk corridor. Somebody did a really good job of coming CLOSE tho.

If I hadn't been looking for Philly on the picture the first time I'd seen it, I'd never have known. Yay regionalism.

Yeah, yours are fake. Here are the real ones from the NAOO taken 20 hours before the blackout and then 7 hours after. I think they are pretty cool!
