Making a down payment and making a down jacket are two very different activities. When a down payment is desired, a down jacket rarely suffices, and vice versa.
I just got a spam which looked, at first glance, to be titled "Smoke ONline! Save money!" That would definitely be the cheap way to go, but I don't think it would be as satisfying. Unfortunately, on closer inspection, the first word ended in 's'.
