Housing Situation Solved

tamheals and I paid a security deposit today for a two-bedroom condo in Green Mountain. It's biking distance from work, biking distance from Green Mountain trails, walking distance to Vitamin Cottage, King Soopers, and a good pho restaurant. It's also just down the road from the Cold Springs Park n' Ride so downtown without parking is feasible. It's not homey and funky, though it currently only has one phone jack... in the kitchen (yet it's got two cable jacks...). It does have a porch and it's in the corner next to a reasonable size bit of grass and nobody's lived in it since the interior was completely redone. It'll be a good place to live for the next while.
