Is anyone in need of a cat? Clearly I'm a witch; I have three black cats.

Our neighbor's company needed him to move to the East Coast for a year in exchange for free rent and a big bonus. However, he was not able to take his sweet black female cat. He knew we'd made friends with her, so he asked us to take care of her while he was gone. He said he'd be back after a year, but "understands if you don't want to give her back."

We love Millie (aka Shadow aka Midnight aka Mildred aka Millicent), but she doesn't get along with the three boys in the house. There's frequent hissing matches, which is okay. But she's also been peeing in our bedroom, which sent her outside, and then screaming at 5 am to come in and have wet food.

She's very sweet, able to hold her own outdoors and indoors, fixed, and is quite the princess. She loves people and even gets along with small dogs. She would be great with someone who loves cats but doesn't have one yet.

Aw, I wish we could take her. I miss having kitties. But we live in a no-kitty apartment. :(

Millie is such a sweetie. She loves to talk and be held. She has a compact little body and a round face, she's short hair, but fluffy and soft. Her coat was a bit dull (from cheap catfood) but it's starting to get shiny. She lets you clip her nails without a fuss, and she is box trained. (We didn't see her pee in our room, we assumed she was marking her territory because of the boys.)
