On the way to New Saigon, Denver's absolutely fabulous Vietnamese restaurant, we came to a stop light at Federal and Alameda. We noticed a dancing man in a bear costume. "What's he doing? Is he advertising for some place? Like the Conoco behind him? Maybe he's just a guy in a bear suit dancing on the corner." Then we noticed the box on the sidewalk and what was in his hand. In honor of Valentine's day, it was A Dancing Guy In A Bear Suit Selling Roses.

We love Federal.

That is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant EVAR.

My ex-sigoth and I got pulled over on federal once because he was driving his c. 1990 white bronco and hadn´t renewed the plates yet. They weren´t even expired. When the cop saw that it was only two middle class white kids trying to find some good Vietnamese food he let us go without incident.
