Systems Support Admin - OPEN

Provides support for internal users and customers, focusing on systems and database administration. Provide installation services for client sites, focusing on remote application database connectivity, database and web server setup and EAGLE product installation. Administers and maintains enterprise servers for both Tyler Tech and client systems on both the Windows and Linux operating systems. Installs and supports operating systems and applications for internal and external customers. Installs and supports system and data backups for client installations. Install and configure company approved software and databases. Provide initial troubleshooting and analysis for operating system and application problems. Document and maintain installation and configuration procedures relating to operating system and database installations. Track internal staff requests and trouble tickets. Maintain and improve installation process and associated documentation.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Works under immediate supervision of the systems support manager.
