flwydI suppose the ideal date rape drug would be an aphrodesiac amnesiac. Sounds like a jazzy instrumental.
(Disclaimer: By "ideal" I mean "meeting the objectives of the object in question." I do not think that a date rape drug should be used. One can similarly talk about an ideal nuclear weapon and hope that it would never be created. When a pun enters my mind it must get out.)
