I'm curious how large your engineering team is. Our is 9 programmers/techs and I'd say our median work week is 60/wk with people like me and my wife working 70-80/wk.

Is your company privately held? Promise of future riches? Or is it simply that you have to be doing something creative every waking moment? I've taken to verious side projects. They help balance me out, especially when I'm burnt out on debugging an extremely complex system (yeah indicitive of bad architecture I know).

I'm on Spring Break ... no school ... and I still feel busy and tired.
