When selecting a belief in the metaphysical, consult the following table.

	Beneficial in this life	Neutral in this life	Harmful in this life
True belief	Great!	Good	So-so
False belief	Great!	So-so	Terrible

The choice should be clear. Select a religion, spiritual practice, or other way of life that is fun, playful, fulfilling, pleasing, socially aware, healthy, beneficial, and cool all around. The worst thing that could happen is that you'll have lots of fun and do some good for the world.

If, on the other hand, you choose a way of life which is harmful, negative, sickening, painful, and restrictive, the best you come out with is pain, suffering, and fear in this life, and something better in the next. But you risk an existance which is terrible from end to end.
