Benefits? As if. Now, if we had our clocks adjusted like this year-round, that might be beneficial, but as it is, the havoc all the switching plays with our systems ain't worth it. And if we're only going to do this for half the year, why on earth is it the half when we need it less?
How about Arizona? ..and kids. Many don't understand the change. Adults and older kids do so though it might be hard to adjust for some, they can at least rationalize it.

The holiday is Fall back, and we are rewarded with an extra hour of sleep. Spring forward is an anti-holiday.
